The emission of triethylamine presents a significant hazard to both human health and environmental safety, making the development highly effective gas sensor specifically for detecting (TEA) crucial. In this paper, we prepared six sensors using one-step hydrothermal method by controlling proportion Zn. Among them, S4 (LaFeO3/ZnO 1:0.5) exhibited most outstanding sensing properties, including lower operating temperature (200℃), high selectivity, low detection limit (35.6 ppb), good repeatability, faster adsorption/desorption time (38 s/35 s), higher response value (Response=50), excellent long-term stability. construction p-n heterojunction, rough porous surface, increased oxygen vacancies specific surface area endow composite material with superior characteristics. This work confirms that formation heterojunctions is an strategy enhancing performance.

The development of high-performance carbon monoxide (CO) sensors is essential for protecting human health, ensuring industrial safety, and maintaining environmental well-being. Among various types sensors, chemiresistive exhibit considerable promise real-time applications due to their operational capabilities. To achieve high performances this review emphasizes enhancement strategies, encompassing the refinement sensing materials, augmentation sensor structures, optimization gas recognition algorithms. Specifically, modification techniques which include construction heterostructures, decoration with noble metals, surface functionalization, hetero-element-doping, morphology engineering, are delved into comprehensively. This provides insights rational design cost-effective CO sensors.
