Detecting ovarian cancer at an early stage is crucial for enhancing patient outcomes, underscoring the demand efficient and non-invasive detection method. Cancer antigen 125 (CA125) a vital biomarker in detection, there pressing to develop quick, sensitive, simple Nanobiosensors are increasingly being used by scientists due their high selectivity sensitivity, allowing swift precise of wide range biomarkers. This study aimed design fabricate electrochemical nanobiosensor that could accurately selectively detect CA125. The employed graphitic carbon nitrides, molybdenum disulfide, polyaniline (g-C3N4/MoS2/PANI) stabilize aptamer strands on modified glassy electrode. aptasensor was perform labeled CA125, utilizing methylene blue label-free ferrocyanide methods. Ferrocyanide limits were determined be 0.196 U.mL−1 blue, with linear 2–10 detection. results showed electrode exhibited towards CA125 superior stability compared other biomolecules. also displayed impressive performance when analyzing serum patients healthy people. These findings hold significant promise future investigation diagnosis. novel may aid management cancer, ultimately leading better outcomes.

This study demonstrates that the electrochemical doping of lanthanum nickelate (LNO) with cobalt ions is a promising strategy for enhancing its physical and properties, which are critical energy storage conversion devices. LNO emerges as hole transport layer (HTL) in solar cells due to stability, large band gap, high transparency. Nevertheless, low conductivity improperly aligned positions persistent problems. Here, pioneering endeavor, Co-doped thin films were synthesized electrochemically applied HTL polymer (PSCs). Characterization revealed impact Co on electrochemical, structural, morphological, optical properties films. Depending level, PSCs based 10 mol % outperformed pure LNO, achieving champion efficiency 6.11% enhanced short-circuit current density (12.84 mA cm–2), fill factor (68%), open-circuit voltage (0.70 V), external quantum (82.6%). enhancement resulted from decreased series resistance, refined surface morphology, minimized trap-assisted recombination, conductivity, increased charge carrier production, favorable level alignment, improved extraction facilitated by LNC0.10O HTL. Moreover, unencapsulated PSC-LNC0.10O long-term stability notably retained 86% initial PCE after 450 h ambient air, 82% being continuously heated 85 °C 300 h, 80% operating at maximum power point h.
