Abstract
One
year
after
the
outbreak
of
COVID-19,
medical
staff
are
facing
high
anxiety
due
to
multiple
work
stresses.
Social
support
has
become
a
protective
factor
for
healthcare
workers'
symptoms,
but
exact
mechanism
action
is
not
yet
known.
Based
on
buffering
model,
this
study
aims
explore
impact
and
mechanisms
perception
social
(PSS)
symptoms
in
context
epidemic
further
how
emotional
characteristics
risk
(ECRP)
resilience
play
their
influence.
To
end,
measured
839
workers
using
an
online
questionnaire
from

2021.

PSS

Abstract
In
the
ongoing
COVID-19
pandemic,
non-pharmaceutical
protective
measures
taken
by
individuals

Background
People’s
perceived
risk
of
being
infected
and
having
severe
illness
was
conceived
as
a
motivational
source
adherence
to
behavioral
measures
during
the
COVID-19
crisis.
Methods

self-reported
