Microbial diversity response to abiotic and biotic factors provides a sensitive indicator for estimating the potential stability degradation of soils in agro-ecosystems. To determine effects pH on organic phosphorus mineralization microbial diversity, phospholipid fatty acid analysis, quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR), multiple ecological analyses were performed. Significant correlations found between components alkaline phosphatase, phytase, pH, phoD bpp phosphatase. gene abundance presented significant linear relationships with soil diversity. Abiotic explained 25.1% total variation phosphorus-mineralizing-related abundance, accounted 13.2% community composition. Soil was determinant, accounting 11.2 7.7% composition, respectively. Our results emphasized that components, responsible enzyme activity. our knowledge, this is first report key factor directly indirectly determining which turn affects large spatial scale. The differences activity, composition caused by might explain crop yield reduction.
