Policies aimed at increasing agri-food production and self-sufficiency are critical strategies for achieving food security, aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goal 2. This systematic review assessed status, performance, influencing factors in implementation of policies. A comprehensive search was conducted across nine online databases, covering studies grey literature from 2016 to August 2024. Studies any design that examined policies, including processes shaping factors, were included. Quality appraisal performed, key information systematically extracted organized. The application of physics-based models, mathematical optimization, and statistical analytics is being studied to realize applications in precision agriculture for the sustainable management affected agroecosystems. Resource efficiency, crop productivity, environmental sustainability are some targets improve through multidisciplinary approaches. datasets on soil moisture, temperature, health plants, daily weather patterns were generated real-time sensor-based data acquisition, satellite collection, historical records. Physically based models developed represent soil-water dynamics plant growth responses under different scenarios. Later, optimization methods developed, focusing resource-efficient strategies irrigation, fertilization, pest management, where analyses such as regressions, geostatistics, time-series applied predict yields resource needs accurately. became an input decision support system decision-making according recommended allocation better farming Pilots have reported a 15% yield increase with considerable reductions water fertilizer use, contributing cost savings conservation. results prove that these methods, when combined, deliver increased productivity reduced consumption while minimizing footprint, providing approach modern agriculture. This technique has good prospects profitability operations enhancing long term, especially it relates climate change depletion.

Studying efficient and accurate soil heavy-metal detection technology is of great significance to establishing a modern system for monitoring pollution, early warning risk assessment, which contributes the continuous improvement quality assurance food safety. Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) considered be an emerging effective tool detection, compared with traditional technologies. Limited by matrix effect, LIBS signal target elements prone interference, thereby compromising accuracy quantitative detection. Thus, series signal-enhancement methods are investigated. This study aims explore effect conductive materials NaCl graphite on lead (Pb) in using LIBS, seeking find reliable method determination elements. The impact addition amount spectral intensity parameters, including signal-to-background ratio (SBR), signal-to-noise (SNR), relative standard deviation (RSD), were investigated, mechanism enhancement based analysis three-dimensional profile data ablation craters plasma parameters (plasmatemperature electron density) explored. Univariate multivariate models partial least-squares regression (PLSR), support vector machine (LS-SVM), extreme learning (ELM) developed Pb optimal graphite, performance was further compared. PLSR model obtained best prediction performance, Rp that reached 0.994. In addition, among three lines Pb, univariate I 405.78 nm showed 0.984 lowest LOD 26.142 mg/kg. overall results indicated combined appropriate chemometric could potential provide reference environmental monitoring.
