Solar-driven interfacial evaporation technologies use solar energy to heat materials that drive water evaporation. Floating offshore photovoltaic (FOPV) systems are key technologies for harnessing solar resources, playing a crucial role in mitigating global climate change. Anchoring systems, essential components of FOPV ensure operational safety by limiting floating body's displacement. However, factors such as positioning errors, uneven seabed, and inhomogeneous loads make it challenging to install anchors exactly at their designed locations. These deviations can significantly alter the system's dynamic responses, particularly under extreme environmental conditions, posing potential risks. This study aims explore response characteristics with varying anchor position sea states, offering valuable insights system design. First, coupled numerical model is developed capture interactions between multiple modules mooring lines. Then, effects offset distance, direction, relative position, incident direction on motion tension discussed. The results indicate that along projection affect maximum horizontal motion, tension, minimum coefficient, while heave remains largely unaffected. Additionally, when displaced acting same side, responses higher compared those due leeward side.

South America is a place on the planet that stands out with enormous potential linked to renewable energies. Countries in this region have developed private investment projects carry an energy transition from fossil energies clean and contribute climate change mitigation. In context, American countries are developing sustainable actions/strategies implementing solar photovoltaic (PV) concentrated power (CSP) facilities achieving carbon neutrality for year 2050. As result, systematic review presents progress, new trends, road paradigm disruptive innovations like artificial intelligence, robots, unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) region. According findings, infrastructure was applied during global crisis era. Different levels implementation been reached each country, being worldwide research development (R&D) hotspot. Also, high exists considering technology evolution, hybridization onshore wind farm infrastructures, decreasing capital/operation costs projects. Finally, synergy between infrastructures emerging technologies low-carbon economies battery storage systems (BESSs) use floating PV plants looks promising solution.
