The green synthesis of metal oxide nanoparticles is an efficient, simple, and chemical-free method producing nanoparticles. present work reports the Murraya koenigii-mediated ZrO2 (ZrO2 NPs) their applications as a photocatalyst antibacterial agent. Capping stabilization were achieved by using koenigii leaf extract. optical, structural, morphological valance NPs characterized UV-DRS, FTIR, XRD, FESEM with EDX, TEM, XPS. An XRD analysis determined that have monoclinic structure crystallite size 24 nm. TEM images confirm spherical nature NPs, distributions on surfaces show lower agglomerations. showed high optical absorbance in UV region wide bandgap indicating surface oxygen vacancies charge carriers. presence Zr O elements O=Zr=O bonds was categorized EDX FTIR spectroscopy. plant molecules’ interface, bonding, binding energy, existence established from XPS analysis. photocatalytic degradation methylene blue examined under visible light irradiation. 94% toxic MB dye within 20 min. inhibition tested against S. aureus E. coli pathogens. Applications bio-synthesized including organic substance removal, pathogenic inhibitor development, catalysis, biomedical development explored.

2D/2D heterojunctions between ultrathin NiFe-CO3 layered double hydroxide (LDH) and varying amounts of birnessite (δ-MnO2) were prepared using an environmentally friendly cost-effective self-assembly method. The samples have proven to be efficient in their application, mitigating NOx emissions via a photooxidative process. effective creation NiFe–LDH/MnO2 has been verified through variety characterisation techniques, such as XRD, FT-IR, TGA, XFR, N2 adsorption–desorption isotherms, HRTEM SEM images, EDX, XPS. Photocatalytic measurements indicated that the heterojunction formed NiFe-LDH MnO2 modifies its photoconductive behaviour, significantly enhancing visible light photocatalytic performance partners. Finally, optimal relationship process was studied. It found ratio 10:1, respectively, exhibited superior properties compared other composites, highlighting best degradation NO under notable stability during recycling

The escalating issues of energy crises and environmental pollution have drawn increasing attention for photocatalysis as a green sustainable solution. In this context, the emergence MXene materials has injected new vitality into field photocatalysis. These are garnering significant interest due to their rich surface functional groups, interlayer interactions, tunable spacing. Hence, review provides an overview role in photocatalytic technology, using various theoretical simulations analysis methods on these applications involved photoreduction CO 2 valuable products, H evolution from water splitting, photodegradation organic contaminants, so forth. Furthermore, current challenges potential directions discussed perfecting application materials. It is sincerely hoped that will stimulate more research meet needs practical future.

In this work, Bi2WxMo1–xO6 solid solutions and Bi2WO6/g-C3N4 composites were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method, characterized complex of physicochemical methods used in the decomposition organic pollutants under visible light to comprehensively compare different modulating techniques. The highest efficiency was detected for Bi2W0.5Mo0.5O6 degradation methylene blue (conversion 52.9%, TON = 0.022), indicating attractiveness doping strategy. Excellent results achieved with small amounts H2O2 photodegradation 97.9%, 0.040) phenol 81.2%, 0.056).
