Abstract With a reported insufficient progress toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), improving knowledge on uptake and use of SDGs within private sector is imperative. To address this need, we examine SDG reporting characteristics 8500 companies using global business governance database. Our results show no correlation in specific goals, which could impede other goals. A disconnection between corporate sustainability performances also observed, meaning may select report arbitrarily without rooting them with actual performances. These findings question motivation effectiveness current call for more guidance indicator selection performance assessment. Looking ahead, communication practices are anticipated to change due advent new regulations. We therefore continuous monitoring adoption, uptake, businesses.

The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development, approved by the international community, represents a global strategic guide with 17 Development Goals (SDGs) and 169 interconnected targets, aimed at promoting equitable economic, social environmental development. In this context, innovation research can play crucial role in supporting policies achievement of SDGs, especially local regional levels. This article reports what was developed Puglia Region according to double action. On one hand, creation an IT platform improve collaboration between legislative institutions centres facilitates collection transfer data as best practices support political decisions. other practical experimentation on issues related development is conducted, particular attention sustainability-oriented partnerships, needs, knowledge territory. new information system, based geo-database entirely open source software, collects regulatory cooperation projects, technical scientific documents contributing application plans programmes applied tool, addition mapping relevant important resource monitoring progress sustainable policies, facilitating sharing local, national, European actors.

Amid the urgent need to align agricultural practices with United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), this study examines role of digitalization in promoting sustainable and green development China. Specifically, it explores demand-side factors that drive improvements categorizes models into three types: market-oriented, policy-driven, innovation-driven. Utilizing provincial-level data from 2011 2021, employs semiparametric spatial Durbin empirically assess effects, underlying mechanisms, regional disparities advancing development. The main findings are as follows: (1) Overall, both level have gradually increased during period, significantly contributing (2) impact on shows an upward trend eastern, coastal, non-grain-producing regions, well southeastern areas “Hu Huanyong Line”. In contrast, inland regions northwestern Line” exhibit a U-shaped relationship, grain-producing experience clear inhibitory effect. Additionally, effect is more pronounced higher levels (3) Agricultural generates positive spillover benefiting not only local region but also surrounding areas, stronger radiative neighboring regions. (4) Mechanism analysis suggests under all models, can effectively enhance by improving alignment supply demand for products, accelerating establishment promotion brands, strengthening environmental regulation, fostering new business entities, mechanization, efficiency facility agriculture.

The adoption of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development by United Nations General Assembly, encompassing 17 Goals (SDGs), established a universal framework addressing global challenges. Within European Union (EU), commitment to these goals has prompted integration SDGs into strategic sustainable and inclusive growth. Recognizing need localized detailed monitoring capture nuanced progress challenges across Europe's diverse regions, this paper proposes comprehensive set regional indicators specifically designed context. Through systematic review existing SDG frameworks at different territorial levels an extensive methodological process, identifies 116 that address 75 targets.
