Abstract The current paper presented a stochastic integrated queueing-inventory-routing problem into green dual-channel supply chain considering an online retailer with vehicle-routing (VRP) and traditional retailing channel M/M/C queueing system. A mixed-integer non-linear programming model (MINLP) is to address the VRP suggested makes decisions about optimal routing, delivery time interval customers, number of servers in retailers, inventory replenishment policies, retailers’ price. For first time, this considers two channels simultaneously under different uncertainty, including demand, lead service customers. also follows continuous-time Markov chain. small-scale test problems are solved using GAMS software. Since NP-hard, study conducts comprehensive comparative analysis performance 13 metaheuristics. ant lion optimiser, dragonfly algorithm, grasshopper optimisation Harris-hawks optimisation, moth-flame multi-verse optimizer, sine cosine salp-swarm whale grey-wolf genetic differential evolution, particle swarm optimization algorithms that were chosen for study. Increasing disasters in recent years have necessitated the development of emergency logistics plans. Evacuation planning plays an important role management, particularly when it comes to addressing transit-dependent populations that are often neglected previous studies. This systematic literature review explores current state transit-based evacuation and examines gaps. We focused on problems used optimisation modelling approaches. conducts extensive analysis relevant studies provide a comprehensive overview, identify research gaps, outline future directions body knowledge. Using integrated methodology, thorough search Scopus Web Science databases was conducted, resulting total 538 articles. These articles were screened evaluated based predetermined inclusion exclusion criteria, ultimately yielding 82 for final analysis. The findings highlight growing importance approaches within planning. Studies emphasize integration public transportation networks into strategies enhance operational efficiency, optimize resource allocation, ensure evacuee safety. Transit-based is vital both those without personal vehicles, making more equitable, vehicle owners, earthquakes where vehicles might be inaccessible or trapped, demonstrating its wide usefulness all scenarios. The urban drainage system plays an important role in the infrastructure resilience discussion. Its functional failures can trigger cascading effects on other systems and critical infrastructures. main aim of this work is to investigate quantify flood resilience, offering integrated methodological approach. In process, flooding consequences were quantified by hydrodynamic simulations, using a case study exploratory research method. The impact of climate change in recent years has caused considerable risks to both urban and rural systems. How mitigate the damage by extreme weather events attracted much attention from countries years. However, most previous studies on resilience focused either areas or areas, failed clearly identify difference between resilience. Then analysis Local Indicators Spatial Association showed some abilities are concentrated rural. Binary logistic regression performed, results have more prominent infrastructure (the coefficient value is 1.339), community (0.694), greenland (0.3), while terms residents (−0.398) traditional (−0.422).
