Work safety is a key element in the design and maintenance of industrial workplaces processes. This article examines occupational reliability human factor role plastic injection molding machine operator. Analyzing work process dangerous, harmful, burdensome factors present environment workplace allowed for identification hazards. Additionally, such as frequency threats, likelihood events, possibility avoiding limiting damage, consequences events were considered to conduct an risk assessment according JSA (Job Safety Analysis) method. Following this, was assessed by determining probability operator errors using TESEO HEART methods. Finally, selected immersion techniques on results research discussed. The methods tools used this study included literature review analysis, observation, interviews, inference.
