This
study
examines
methods
for
assessing
the
risks
of
energy
systems
that
supply
urban
areas
based
on
an
integrated
approach
in
which
a
qualitative
assessment
takes
into
account
internal
and
external
impacts
as
element
multifactorial
analysis.
A
risk
matrix
is
offered
assessment,
was
built
infrastructure
facilities
features
functioning
equipment
potentially
dangerous
due
to
probability
failures
five-point
scale
possible
degree
severity
consequences
possibility
restoring
systems.
The
proposes
two
statistical
models
reliability
parameters
before
onset
critical
situation
calculations
after
event,
i.e.,
restoration
or
adaptation
