Introducción: La percepción de la calidad del sueño se refiere a cómo una persona evalúa o califica su sueño. Sin embargo, existen pocos estudios que explorar relaciona con aspectos específicos salud física. Por lo tanto, el objetivo este fue investigar asociación entre sueño, composición corporal y nivel glucosa en muestra adultos peruanos. The long-term sequelae of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) and its recovery have becoming significant public health concerns. Therefore, this study aimed to enhance the limited evidence regarding relationship between sleep quality on long COVID among older population aged 60 years or old. Our included 4,781 COVID-19 patients enrolled from April May 2023, based Peking University Health Cohort. Sleep was assessed using Pittsburgh Quality Index (PSQI) scale. Background/Objectives: Colorectal cancer (CRC) is a leading cause of cancer-related morbidity and mortality worldwide. Sleep duration, diet, obesity have each been identified as modifiable risk factors linked to CRC. However, their joint effect on CRC incidence underexplored. Background Sleep quality and physical activity are fundamental factors in the optimal functioning of human organism maintaining overall health. This study aimed to evaluate relationship between knowledge sleep hygiene relation among nursing medical students. Methods In a cross-sectional online study, suitable convenient sample 300 students from private university located Chiclayo, Peru, was collected. Data were collected using following instruments: questionnaire concerning knowledge, International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ), Pittsburgh Quality Index (PSQI). Background and Objectives: Sleep disorders are highly prevalent in society require focused attention within healthcare systems. This study assessed the current state of sleep medicine accreditation and training in Asia by conducting a comprehensive survey across 29 Asian countries regions facilitated Society Sleep Medicine to identify existing gaps provide recommendations for future enhancements.
