Purpose. Nowadays the issue of employment internally displaced women is becoming more and relevant all over world. In particular, in Ukraine, conditions a full-scale war, number increasing every day, possibility finding job for them on local labor market difficult. The main reasons this are: decrease potential due to destruction production capacities infrastructure, increase level unemployment, rising competition, relocation many businesses abroad, change structure market, as well offers. Under such conditions, IDP-women’s awareness that their specialty, skills, competencies are demand has positive effect emotional psychological state increases chances employment. purpose study find out influence availability specialties skills by IDP-women war conditions. Design/methodology/approach. To achieve purpose, methods statistical analysis were used research. On basis conducted analysis, assumption who consider specialty work experience adapt easily new living have do not need support was verified. Abstract Obtaining employment is a high priority for people with refugee backgrounds in countries of resettlement and an important aspect integration. There are range barriers to gaining work new arrivals; however, much the existing quantitative evidence on characteristics facilitators faced by refugees does not consider gender or focuses primarily men. Non-standard employment (NSE) has negative implications for workers' health. As part of a larger comparative case study, this article explores US-based experiences in NSE and its influences on their health well-being context shrinking social safety net individualistic cultural values. We conducted interviews with workers various occupations the New York City area (N = 40). used deductive inductive thematic analysis considered variations across levels precarity. All participants experienced 'hustle NSE,' dynamic frame comprising: i) tension between payoffs (flexibility, opportunity to work more pay, satisfaction work) tradeoffs (job instability insecurity, having more) that both implicate participants' mostly ways; ii) reliance personal family resources opportunities manage NSE; iii) low expectations improvements employer-based practices policies or basic worker protections despite clarity about problems desires. Workers assessed life circumstances behaved way try obtain best results themselves families. When comparing precarity levels, varied by immigration status. Understanding consequences contributes examining individual costs labor market flexibility. Achieving equity must include labor, welfare state are inclusive gaps created precarious employment, especially marginalized locations.

Abstract Using coping theory, this research creates and evaluates a process model to investigate the sequential mediating roles of perceived Covid-19 threat (PC-19 threat) death anxiety on relationships between migration stress, psychological distress, prolonged grief disorder (PGD) among Afghan refugees who migrated Pakistan China after war. The proposed for Study 1 proved fully supported demonstrated that stress has significant positive association with distress ( β = 0.39, p < .001). Furthermore, relationship is significantly mediated first by PC-19 then anxiety. 2, incorporated time-lag datasets technique moderating effect resistance. Additionally, study 2 found migratory was strongly associated PGD 0.21, .01). It also articulated resilience moderated stress’s indirect PGD. implications future objectives have been highlighted.
