The use of biogas slurry as an alternative to chemical fertilizers for supplying phosphorus plants is gaining increasing attention. However, the mechanisms by which activates soil and influences phosphorus-metabolizing microorganisms are not yet fully understood. This study characterized effects controlled application gradients (0, 13, 27, 40, 53) on structure, camellia oleifera (CO) content, microbial metabolism functional gene abundance, transformation functions in CO plantation soils. Increasing dosage effectively enhanced levels significantly increased proportions aluminum-bound (Al-P) iron-bound (Fe-P). Under simulated conditions, contents Al-P, Fe-P, organic decreased transformed into occluded (O-P) calcium-bound (Ca-P), while under field due spatial heterogeneity, changes its forms were distinctly evident. did alter major phyla soil, but significant abundance different observed. dominant bacterial communities such Chloroflexi_bacterium increased, Actinomycetia_bacterium decreased. By influencing expression genes related inorganic solubilization, mineralization, deficiency response regulation, transport, solubility mineralization rate enhanced. Additionally, it may weaken uptake inhibiting intercellular transport microorganisms, thereby improving utilization CO.
