There is a lack of research to better understand how this species copes with stress, whether it reversible, and the effects mitigating agents such as salicylic acid (SA). Therefore, study aimed mechanisms action SA rehydration on physiology pepper plants grown under conditions. The factorial scheme adopted was 3 × 4, three water regimes (irrigation, drought, rehydration) four concentrations, namely: 0 (control), 0.5, 1, 1.5 mM. This evaluated leaf percentage, potential shoots, chlorophylls (

Pulse crops are susceptible to salt stress as per different research reports but how far Lathyrus sativus L., responds increasing salinity has been taken up in this work. Thus, the harmful effects of on plant cells at various phases chromosomal integrity and nucleolus morphology have evaluated variety Mahatora. Mahatora seeds were subjected seed priming with serially diluted concentrations NaCl (500, 400, 300, 200 100 mM respectively) germination percentage (72 hrs), root length inhibition (7 days) normal abnormal MI (Mitotic Index) 2% aceto-orcein staining, nucleolar morphometric cum frequency analysis (0.05% hematoxylin), total protein, POX Electrolyte leakage from etiolated roots metabolic activity/dehydrogenase activity measured (TTC staining). Abstract Soybean [Glycine max (L.) Merr.] is an important global food crop but highly vulnerable to environmental changes, particularly drought. Conventional strategies of biomarkers discovery for developing drought-tolerant varieties are resource-intensive, inefficient, and without comprehensive insight. The current study proposed a novel data-driven pipeline feature engineering through integrating diverse genetic data from multidisciplinary research on cloud-based sources in identification key genes (DTgenes) soybean. Our involved extraction, transformation, loading, systematic integration both omics non-omics data. Feature prioritization was performed selection uncover the pool (candidate gene pool), DTgenes were identified integrative systems biology based biomarker candidates. validation carried out by computational molecular experiments approach. Both approaches demonstrated credibility potential conferring drought tolerance response This approach enhances efficiency accuracy further breeding program, which robust candidate contribute improvement soybean show applicability other species.
