In data analysis, outer model was rigorously assessed ensure it meets necessary criteria validity reliability. This assessment included checking indicator loadings, convergent discriminant validity. results confirmed that criteria, validating measurement allowing further inner model. findings indicate AL OC significantly influence OL, whereas their impact RC not significant. However, mediating OL yields expected relationships. can strengthen RC. highlights importance fostering strong enhance within organizations demonstrates how play crucial dynamic.
