The accumulation of phosphogypsum (PG) in the phosphorus chemical industry poses significant environmental challenges. Therefore, developing a harmless utilization method is crucial for alleviating these burdens and promoting sustainable practices. In this study, PG was used as flotation inhibitor, enabling separation apatite dolomite based on main components dissolution behavior PG. A microflotation study revealed that 0.875 g/L selectively inhibited when sodium oleate (NaOL) concentration 1.5 × 10-4 mol/L, reducing recovery 76% to 10% at pH range 7-11. Conversely, remained above 90% 7-9 only slightly 9-11.
