Statins are widely used in the treatment of hyperlipidemia disease, which refractory municipal sewage plant. The photocatalytic degradation statins by Z-scheme heterostructured photocatalyst is confirmed, but mechanism needs to be further revealed. In this study, effects dosage, solution pH and humic acid (HA) on photocatalysis fluvastatin ZnIn 2 S 4 /Bi WO 6 (ZIS/BWO photocatalyst) were investigated was proposed. Results showed that adsorption improved with increase photoinduced desorption light scattering resulted decrease removal high dosage. 0.2[Formula: see text]g/L ZIS/BWO optimal 65.21% removed at pH=9, because concentration OH − conducive produce ⋅OH. change pH, competition photons active sites, trapping reactive oxygen species (ROS) carboxyl group HA combined inhibit presence HA. C–C, C[Formula: text]C C–N bonds attacked a variety ROS generate degradable intermediates easily mineralized H O CO .
