Abstract The advent and development of technologies such as artificial intelligence have created benefits challenges for educational stakeholders. Artificial intelligence, OpenAI’s Chat Generative Pre-trained Transformer (ChatGPT), has brought new benefits, pressures higher institutions. There are relatively few reports how students perceive intend to use ChatGPT. Taking cognizance these, the research explored students’ perceptions intentions ChatGPT in their education. This chapter explores the development of microlearning pedagogical practices aimed at enhancing student learning in higher education through a design-based research (DBR) approach. Recognizing microlearning's potential for quick, focused learning, study addresses lack strong foundations and practical implementation challenges. Abstract Digital academic reading tools on computers bring multiple benefits to higher-education students. Through structural equation modeling methods, this study contributes the following findings: (1) Perceived ease of use, perceived usefulness, and lecturers’ positive responses significantly predict students’ attitudes toward digital computers; (2) lectures’ responses, expectations achievement are predictors usefulness these tools; (3) intentions use (4) experience predicts negative (5) for collaborative learning self-efficacy using tools. Findings in may contribute understanding external factors influencing acceptance with a substantial explanatory power proposed model (R 2 = 64.70–84.20%), which benefit researchers, instructors, students, technology designers.

This study aims to evaluate the impact of using augmented reality, gamification, and serious games in computer science education. The presents development process an educational mobile application, describes experiment that was conducted involved 117 higher education students, analyzes results a 49-item paper-based questionnaire.
