This research investigates the economic and environmental viability of a combined renewable energy system that incorporates solar photovoltaic, wind, biomass power production with diesel generators battery storage serving as backup options. The is designed to optimize costs while ensuring high reliability, lower emissions, greater utilization. Various advanced optimization methods, including genetic algorithm, particle swarm optimization, artificial bee colony teaching-learning-based are used determine most efficient configuration. evaluated under two operational strategies, load following cycle charging, maximum supply loss probability 2% maintain dependability. findings indicate approach surpasses other methods in identifying cost-effective environmentally friendly solution. investigation centers on Barwani, rural district India, evaluate technical feasibility implementing such system.
