Abstract The present study reports the systematic synthesis, characterization, and photocatalytic evaluation of germanium‐substituted iron oxide (Ge 0.5 Fe 2.5 O 4 ) nanoparticles with varying concentrations hyaluronic acid (HA). synthesized were characterized using X‐ray diffraction (XRD), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) analysis. XRD confirmed formation Ge a crystallite size 19 nm. FTIR SEM analysis verified successful incorporation HA into lattice. BET revealed increased porosity upon addition, indicating potential benefits for catalytic applications. efficiency was assessed methylene blue dye degradation as model reaction. Surprisingly, pristine exhibited an impressive 89.11% rate, greater than (6% 12%) HA‐modified photocatalysts. These findings highlight complex interaction between surface chemistry, porosity, activity.
