La
investigación
tuvo
como
objetivo

The
objective
of
this
study
was
to
propose
a
teacher
training
program
based
on
the
flipped
classroom
model
with
MOOCs
strengthen
access
information
and
literacy
among
primary
education
teachers
in
Lambayeque
region
