Abstract In Iceland, and around the world, working environment in upper secondary schools changed dramatically with onset of COVID‐19 pandemic. our research, we aimed to illuminate ever‐changing conditions teachers Icelandic during first year pandemic, especially context gender family composition. Data came from interviews 12 surveys administered school 33 out 37 upper‐secondary Iceland participation approximately one‐third teacher population. The results show that felt increasingly stressed throughout pandemic played a significant role. Women, who often also served as primary caregivers at home, found it more strenuous fulfil their teaching duties than men. raise important questions about teachers' gender's role therein, country considered an emblem success when comes equality.

Objective: Social interaction and relationships are the real assets for students with visual impairment to grow in their matrixes. This study aimed at seeking impact of on social relationships. Methodology: was quantitative descriptive. The sample (N=39) from various colleges universities Lahore district. A convenient sampling technique used this study. instrument a self-developed structured questionnaire. After completion data collection process, analyzed through SPSS version 25 frequency distribution descriptive inferential statistics. Findings: results revealed nexus between family friends impairment. Moreover, impairments often feel excluded activities events because Implications: recommends that higher educational institutes should enhance awareness accessibility needs visually impaired settings foster inclusivity understanding.
