Shopping in duty-free stores plays an increasingly important role tourism, but few studies have focused on the impact of tourists' shopping experience and enjoyment their satisfaction. This study aims to examine how quality affects well-being tourists, with a specific focus fun (including hedonic engagement, sense liberation, fun) as mediator. research fills gap existing literature by carefully analysing experiences enhance well-being. Playful pedagogies, rooted in experiential learning, integrate play, humor, spontaneity, and levity to create engaging educational experiences. pedagogies have been shown support adults' emotional resilience sense of belonging while reducing stress anxiety. Despite these benefits, their use education preparation programs (EPPs) remains underexplored. Given the increasing focus on teacher social learning (SEL), playful hold significant potential for equipping future educators with skills needed foster both own students' SEL growth. This paper advocates a shift from predominantly lecture-based instruction model that incorporates joy, learning. We propose integrating reflective cycle enhance competencies among pre-service teachers. Specifically, we introduce conceptual combines four-level pyramid an iterative reflection process. By pedagogy into EPPs, aim resilience, creativity, collaboration teachers, empowering them inclusive environments nurture holistic development.

In an era where the emotional and psychological well-being of educators is increasingly spotlighted, understanding determinants altruistic behaviors among school teachers becomes paramount. This study investigates interplay between empathy, well-being, self-efficacy, their collective impact on fostering altruism within educational settings. Conducted with 322 from Klang Valley, Malaysia, this research employs utilizing quantitative surveys to gauge extent these traits correlation behavior. Using Interpersonal Reactivity Index for Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-being Scale Teachers' Sense Efficacy alongside Pearson multiple regression analyses, findings indicate that self-efficacy significantly predict in teachers. Although empathy alone did not directly correlate altruism, its role nurturing positive teacher-student relationships a supportive classroom climate acknowledged. underscores importance teacher promoting suggesting enhancing aspects could lead more empathetic environments. The implications guide training, professional development, policy towards altruistic, compassionate landscapes.
