The education gap between urban and rural areas was the main problem in all countries, especially Indonesia. Children often have limited access to competent teachers educational resources. To address this issue, Indonesian government has made it a priority improve teacher quality. methodology of research followed qualitative approach which compared 24 international journals, specifically from Scopus Cambridge journals. Furthermore, current news articles were also analysed order ensure that remains topical. Results highlighted quality greatly determines students’ cognitive performance. This means who are better qualified not only enhance grades but reduce inequalities. Nevertheless, there is just need quality; rather should go hand with other improvements like upgrading academic infrastructure as well increasing community support. study emphasizes urgent for targeted policies aiming at improving education, including increased training programs, provision teaching materials, among others community-based projects. A holistic could bridge places. If these findings taken into account, then more effective strategies would be created Indonesia, thus contributing significantly both scholarship policymaking concerning education.
