China’s economy has developed rapidly since the reform and opening up, but under long-term traditional extensive development model, energy consumption is excessive carbon emissions rank first in world. Therefore, how to reduce a current hot issue China. Although many scholars have found that green finance basic driving force promote emission reduction, its role path diverse, it still needs be explored width depth. Especially transformation stage of economy, potential unemployment risk also matter concern. This study selects 30 provincial panel data from Chinese mainland for 2004–2019 years investigate impact on perspective using ordinary least square (OLS), generalized method moments (GMM), mediating effect models. In addition, order avoid bias regression results caused by cross-section dependence data, feasible squares (FGLS) panel-corrected standard errors (PCSE) models are used robust test after correction. The findings show 1) significant inhibitory emissions; 2) significantly reduced rate; 3) increase with increasing 4) there regional heterogeneity eastern, central, western Green eastern central regions inhibits emissions, especially region, while insignificantly region. 5) According OLS results, economic growth environmental regulation play positive promoting emissions. theoretical reference significance accelerating realization dual goal alleviating phased unemployment.

Since a variety of barriers pose challenges to the Indian wind energy sector, extent which these hamper this sector and alternative solutions are largely unknown. We identify several using existing literature, then modified Delphi approach, refine 25 classify them into five significant dimensions. Later, Analytical Hierarchical Process determined ranking pairwise comparison matrices. The Grey Technique for Order Preference by Similarity Ideal Solution method ranked barriers. Results indicate that “financial barrier” is most important barrier among all dimensions, while “limited government subsidy” influential sub-barriers. “Availability adequate funds” best overcome Finally, sensitivity analysis performed validate study findings. findings may assist practitioners policymakers in boosting current sluggish growth sector.

The development of renewable energy is a significant global factor in the achievement green economic recovery after epidemic, and to enhance sustainable social future. However, Belt Road Initiative (BRI) countries are experiencing regional differences owing different levels. It theoretical practical significance assess situation BRI countries, order identify advantages disadvantages cooperation between countries. In this paper, multidimensional assessment for (47 countries/regions across Asia, Europe, Africa, Americas, Oceania) was carried out based on empirical data, (including institutional, economic, technological, environmental facets). Entropy Weight Method Technique Order Preference by Similarity an Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) were selected level during period 2009–2017. results demonstrated that had low overall study period, but stable rising trend identifiable. For example, certain (e.g. Mainland China, Indonesia, Pakistan, Russia, South Africa New Zealand) experienced growth period. When analyzed continents, Americas Oceania highest development, followed with Asia ranking lowest. Europe Oceania's notable "institutional facets" primarily as result enhanced governance capability superior development. maturity technology contributes performance "technological facet". "energy located Europe.
