There

a
dichotomy
in
the
understanding
of
energy
poverty
between
Asia
and
rest
world,
especially
Global
North.
While
there
has
been
considerable
discourse
regarding
North,
particularly
emergence
affordable
cooling,
development
studies
South
received
less
attention.
This
review
article
explores
within
reviewing
23
countries
territories
South,
East,
Southeast
Asia,
using
bibliometric
analysis
to
identify
emerging
discussions
researchers.
We
highlight
concepts
'hidden
poverty',
'urban
'cooling
poverty'
outline
potential
areas
for
future
research
that
contextualises
into
more
encompassing
term,
'energy
insecurity,'
which
consolidates
wide
gamut
energy-related
sufferings.
To
investigate
other
drivers
impacts
insecurity,
qualitative

may

The

Sustainable

a

(SDGs)
with
aim

achieving
coordinated
economic,
social,
and
ecological
development
worldwide
by
2030.
“environmental,
governance”
(ESG)
approach
is
important
within
concept
SDGs
subject
increasing
attention
from
scholars.
Despite
China’s
significant
contributions
to
SDGs,
it
still
faces
numerous
challenges
terms
environmental
governance
development.
With
ongoing
digital
technology,
many
Chinese
enterprises
aspire
harness
dividends
transformation
order
achieve
SDGs.
In
this
study,
we
help
companies
understand
how
they
can
improve
their
ESG
performance
through
transformation.
We
use
sample
A-share
listed
China
2011
2020
construct
index
profiling
frequency
digital-related
words
companies’
annual
reports
using
textual
analysis.
