The results unveiled impact KM; findings also showed positive EO KM general, performance; however, individual impacts depend type (when they interact, constitute sufficient condition for achieving high level regardless type). Purpose Drawing upon the natural resource-based view (NRBV), present study explores role of green dynamic capability (GDC) as a mediating variable in relationship between transformational leadership (GTL) and innovation (GI) hotel industry. The research further assesses performance (GP) resultant factor GI. Design/methodology/approach was conducted Italian luxury hotels to assess efficacy our conceptual framework among workers hospitality utilized three-wave, two-week time-lagged design ( N = 303). In addition, also intends apply partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) fuzzy qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) have distinctive discernment into model rapport. Findings results indicate linkage GTL Furthermore, found mediation GDC. show numerous combinations using fsQCA that can be increase GP. Originality/value There is little empirical evidence GI studies. This work empirically investigates GTL, GDC relationships fill knowledge gap.
