The burgeoning digital economy has facilitated a transformation and upgraded within the energy industry, which, in return, continually guarantees robust security for expansion of economy. China’s sector have increasingly merged innovated domains technology, market, operations recent years. Consequently, an accurate assessment interplay between these two sectors their evolving patterns is vital policy formulation execution concerning joint development. Drawing on 14,520 authoritative departmental statistics from 30 Chinese provinces spanning 2011 to 2021, this study applies techniques such as Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA)-Malmquist, grey correlation, objective empowerment develop quantitative evaluation model reciprocal evolution industries finding that own synergistic evolutionary effect experienced fluctuations, declining 0.8512 0.7535 2012 0.4590 0.4378 respectively. Conversely, comprehensive increased 0.5879 0.6841 2021. The digital divide (DD) reflects the inequality of economy, while existing research lacks a comprehensive framework for investigating measurement DD and its determinants. This study constructs new with five-dimensional index system. City-level data are used to measure China’s from 2010 2020 at national, regional, provincial levels. Furthermore, this investigates decomposition both regional levels determinants perspectives physical, human, social capital. key results are: (1) has generally exhibited fluctuating downward trend. While it remains high in eastern western regions, shown decline year by year. However, within most provinces is on rise. Digital literacy plays a very important role for developing innovative economy, since one of the global trends significantly affecting dynamics open innovation is strengthening influence digital technologies on all spheres society. This paper seeks to study impact infrastructure school-age young people, which starts and develops both at school and/or home. uses balanced panel statistical data that includes 18 regions Kazakhstan surveyed period between 2016 2022 four indicators: level in Kazakhstan, share households with Internet access, users aged 6-15, number students per PC public schools. Methods correlation, variance, structural model analysis proposed hereby consist successive stages include five hypotheses verification. Ülkelerin dijital dönüşümünün sunduğu fırsatları potansiyel tehditleri etkili şekilde değerlendirebilmesi, avantajı elde etmelerini Bu çalışmanın amacı, DESI’yı kullanarak Avrupa Birliği ülkelerinin Entropi tabanlı TOPSIS yöntemi ile değerlendirilmesidir. Çalışma sonucunda teknolojinin entegrasyonunun, dört temel DESI boyutu içerisinde en unsur olduğu görülmüştür. performansı yüksek olan AB ülkeleri Finlandiya, Danimarka İsveç iken, düşük performansa sahip ülkeler ise Yunanistan, Bulgaristan Romanya’dır.
