Abstract
The

scientific
research

Latin
America
(LA),
particularly
the
realms
Physiologically
Based
Pharmacokinetic
(PBPK)
and
Biopharmaceutic
models
(PBPM),
is
a
mosaic
varied
contributions,
collaborations,
specializations.
This
study
examines
production
region
using
data
from
Scopus
PubMed
databases
collected
between
2011
2023.
Brazil
stands
out
as
prominent
country
terms
quantity
publications.
When
considering
thematic
specialization,
Colombia
cones
first
with
greatest
Relative
Specialization
Index
(RSI),
followed
by
Brazil,
Cuba,
Uruguay,
Mexico,
Argentina.
Regarding
internationalization,
Mexico
are
currently
exerting
significant
influence,
through
their
increasing
cooperation
