Blockchain technology has promising benefits and provides robust solutions for managing business processes. While prior studies have primarily explored its potential in supporting logistics supply chain management, many practitioners still lack a clear understanding of how to leverage blockchain technology, hindering adoption within the industry. Bridging this gap addressing critical barriers requires further empirical research. This study adopts comprehensive approach, identifying through literature review validating their significance Index Item-Objective Congruence (IOC). The then delves into interrelationships among significant barriers, utilising Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) MICMAC methods. results highlight seven sector, encompassing government support, operational standards, top management limited public awareness, trust issues, technical challenges, network collaboration difficulties. In recent years, organizations have increasingly adopted blockchain technology to facilitate the open sharing of data with other entities. However, despite its potential benefits, blockchain-based models face several challenges, including scalability, timely access, and privacy concerns. This paper introduces a Novel Blockchain-based Clustering Model for Linked Open Data Storage Retrieval called BCLOD address these challenges. Initially, network nodes are organized into clusters, transactions from users within each cluster then grouped proposed linked block specific that preserve property. Additionally, we introduce new partial structure, which stores parts block. To enhance scalability trustworthiness, propose structures full chains in storing blocks. Furthermore, two-layer Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) mechanism is introduced safeguard user privacy. validate effectiveness BCLOD, conduct evaluations using various scenarios. The results demonstrate significant reduction required storage space both when compared traditional blockchains. Besides, prevents fork occurrences attacks such as Sybil, Distributed Denial Service (DDoS), Eclipse.
