The hospitality business model has undergone profound changes influenced by successive waves of technological advances and platforms. This paper explores how different technologies platforms are shaping the evolution model. Employing a systematic literature review, this research analyzes platform innovation driven significant shifts in industry. analysis yielded four key findings. Firstly, incorporation digital resulted radical transformation conventional models, prompting substantial alterations marketing strategies, distribution processes, consumer behavior patterns. Secondly, industry five revolutions, evolving from steam-powered transportation to integration artificial intelligence (AI) Internet Things (IoT), thereby driving shift towards innovation-centric models. Thirdly, advent platforms, most notably online travel agencies (OTAs), posed challenge traditional models introducing personalized experiences disrupting established market norms. While offer advantages such as enhanced convenience customization, they also present challenges, including intensified competition declining profit margins. Para comprender la situación postpandemia de las pymes turísticas, se realizó una investigación empírica en el Municipio Pachuca Soto, Hidalgo, México. El objetivo fue analizar importancia gestión innovación turísticas La es cuantitativa, tipo exploratoria y descriptiva. tal efecto, diseñó un cuestionario estructurado dirigido a 139 pymes. Los hallazgos muestran: cierre temporal empresa; reducción gastos; falta proveedores; disminución clientes; introducción nuevos métodos formas comercialización, promoción, procesos distribución logística. Tourism demand projection is paramount for both corporate operations and destination management, facilitating tourists in crafting bespoke, multifaceted itineraries enriching their vacation experiences. This study proposes a multi-layer self attention mechanism recommendation algorithm based on dynamic spatial perception, with the aim of refining analysis tourists' emotional inclinations providing precise estimates tourism demand. With the advancement of United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, trend toward sustainable and high-quality development has become prominent for tourism enterprises. Tourism small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), which are numerous, constitute a significant part global market.
