This study analyzes the key factors that determine sustainability of women-led social enterprises in Peruvian context via structural equation modeling (SEM). research is based on a random sample 521 entrepreneurs and explores influence current employment, type entrepreneurship, years entrepreneurial experience entrepreneurship potential.
