The purpose of the paper is to evaluate impact artificial intelligence (AI) adoption on enterprise-level sustainability in context digital transformation. study aims determine how different levels AI implementation and business process automation influence key indicators – namely, energy efficiency, CO₂ reduction, cost savings. Metodology. research based a synthetic dataset generated through simulation approach using probabilistic distributions literature-based assumptions. includes 250 observations four independent variables: level adoption, investment AI, level, degree policy support. dependent variable an integrated index composed three sub-indicators. Regression modeling was conducted Random Forest algorithm detect both linear nonlinear relationships, identify drivers, ensure model robustness. Model accuracy evaluated R², RMSE, MAE, MAPE metrics. Results. demonstrated high predictive performance (R² = 0.78), confirming its validity. most influential factors were actual use technologies automation. Investment without concrete state support had lower outcomes. feature importance analysis confirmed that savings, reduction are directly correlated with rather than formal spending or subsidies. Practical implications. findings can strategic planning by highlighting need for actionable integration instead declarative investment. For policymakers, indicates future mechanisms should focus incentivizing outcomes inputs. proposed may also serve as tool evaluating effectiveness national environmental policies.
