Product Helpfulness Detection With Novel Transformer Based BERT Embedding and Class Probability Features

Nowadays global market products are readily accessible worldwide, and a vast array of reviews across numerous platforms posted daily in several categories, making it challenging for customers to stay informed about their product interests. To make decisions regarding quality, users require access ratings. Owners managers must analyze customer ratings the underlying emotional content enhance product's cost, service, environmental impact. The primary aim our proposed research is accurately predict helpfulness through using Large Language Model (LLM), thereby assisting saving time money. We employed benchmark dataset, Amazon Fine Food Reviews, develop advanced machine-learning techniques. introduced novel transformer approach BERF (BERT Random Forest) feature engineering value user evaluations Amazon's gourmet food products. method utilizes BERT embeddings class probability features derived from online textual data. have balanced dataset Synthetic Minority Over-sampling TEchnique (SMOTE) approach.
