The advent of the “New Era for Mental Health” has made management this intangible asset one hottest topics in workplace. It is leading cause disability today. Organizations are encouraged to use psychological interventions promote and prevent more sustainable productive workplaces. aim article develop an exploratory systematic mixed review that combines quantitative narrative analysis synthesize available literature on Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) workplace—an increasingly popular therapy address challenge. This provides a comprehensive reflection existing state art, gaps current research, future directions topic. 59 articles collected from Web Science (WoS), Scopus, PubMed databases 2000 2023 reveals, firstly, ACT workplace increasing significantly, with upward trend over last 5 years presence high-impact journals. Secondly, research themes identified reveal intervention still focused clinical settings limited other sectors or organizational settings—such as education, business management, return-to-work programs. Based these results, underscores growing importance workplace, revealing seven opportunities extend its application across various accelerate effective implementation industry academia, thereby enhancing mental health productivity.

Objective: This study examines the application of Behavioral Reasoning Theory (BRT) framework in e-business adoption within small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) food beverage (FnB) sector. It aims to address gaps understanding how cognitive reasoning influences technology adoption, particularly emerging economies. research aligns with sustainable development goal no poverty by exploring digital transformation SMEs can drive economic growth job creation, fostering financial stability among business owners workers. Furthermore, it supports Industry, Innovation, Infrastructure emphasizing role platforms strengthening resilience competitiveness, while advocating for partnerships goals through collaboration between policymakers, providers, industry stakeholders enhance adoption. Objectives: This study examines consumer attitudes and behavioral intentions regarding the purchase of organic food through e-commerce platforms. It explores key motivators, barriers, sustainability considerations influencing purchasing decisions in context SDGs. Theoretical Framework: Grounded Consumer Behavior Theory, this research integrates Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), Health Belief (HBM), Theory Planned (TPB) to assess how convenience, health consciousness, concerns shape online behavior. Method: A cross-sectional design was employed, utilizing self-administered questionnaires distributed 500 consumers 20 in-depth interviews. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive inferential statistics, including regression analysis, while qualitative assessed thematically. Results Discussion: Findings indicated convenience (Mean = 4.02), consciousness 4.13), 3.89) significantly influence decisions. However, major barriers include about counterfeit products (72%), high costs (68%), lack trust retailers (60%). Regression analysis confirms perceptions (B 0.482, p < 0.01), 0.391, 0.276, 0.05) are predictors intention. Research Implications: The emphasizes need for greater transparency, cost-effective solutions, sustainable practices enhance engagement.
