In the era of VUCA, cultivating and enhancing resilience high-end manufacturing enterprises is critical. Based on existing research, this paper defines enterprise at beginning constructs an evaluation index system that includes three segmented capabilities: recognition resistance, adaptation adjustment, recovery rebound. Finally, relationship between human capital investment, technological innovation, empirically studied. The research results show investment positively affects enterprises, with breakthrough innovation progressive playing a mediating role. Digital transformation moderates impact enterprises. Amid the global wave of digital transformation, advancing sustainable growth real economy has emerged as a key strategic priority. Drawing on panel data from 30 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions in China (excluding Tibet, Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan) between 2013 2021, this study utilizes fixed effects mediation effect models to investigate both direct indirect pathways through which drives development economy.
