ABSTRACT This study examines how firms leverage sustainable innovation propensity and digital sustainability transparency as strategic resources to navigate multilevel environmental pressures achieve performance. The central theory guiding this research is the resource‐based view, which posits that gain competitive advantage through effective management of valuable, rare, inimitable resources. We collected primary data from 182 employees manufacturing in United States Kingdom. found a positive association between various pressures—competitors, government employees, top awareness, transparency. results further signify mediates constructive performance, well findings imply an organization navigates social environment external coming government, competitors, employees. Organizational changes green business strategies can be effectively implemented anticipatory scanning stakeholders' involvement. To manage these pressures, organizations are encouraged establish directorate, whose role would codify signals into managerial implications continually.
