ABSTRACT
This
study
examines
the
crucial
role
of
digital
leadership

advancing
sustainable
development

fostering
green
innovation
and
enhancing
firm
sustainability.

Organizational
Learning
Theory
(OLT)
Dynamic
Capabilities
(DCT),
this
research
fills
a

gap

how

digitalization
with

Chinese
