ABSTRACT This study examines the crucial role of digital leadership in advancing sustainable development by fostering green innovation and enhancing firm sustainability. Building on Organizational Learning Theory (OLT) Dynamic Capabilities (DCT), this research fills a key gap examining how integrates digitalization with development, particularly within Chinese information technology sector. The investigates impact performance, moderated top management innovativeness. To enhance analytical robustness minimize bias, three‐phase time‐lagged data collection approach was employed to mitigate common method bias ensure robust analysis, responses from 413 employees representing diverse roles. results indicate that positively influences process, which partially mediates relationship between Furthermore, findings reveal innovativeness amplifies positive effects innovation, reinforcing importance leadership‐driven sustainability strategies. This paper examines the intertwined dynamics among digital transformation, IT innovation, and sustainability their collective influence on firm performance in response to evolving business landscape characterized by digitalization, concerns. The study investigates how these factors collectively impact analyzing a panel dataset of 1510 global companies from 2013–2023. model utilizes multiple linear regression analysis incorporate scores as dependent variable. At same time, are independent variables, alongside firm-level control variables. results reveal that transformation positively influences innovation strategic (BM) development, confirming its direct performance. Additionally, firms with simpler younger structures achieve better outcomes than larger more established ones. ABSTRACT Corporate social responsibility (CSR) leadership is increasingly recognized as a critical enabler of sustainable development, particularly within the context organizational transformation. By fostering learning and leveraging technological innovation, CSR facilitates development outcomes (SDOs). This study examines multifaceted role in advancing SDOs, emphasizing mediating influence green (OGL) moderating adoption (GTA). Grounded stakeholder theory theory, research employs time‐lagged survey design involving 417 employees from diverse sectors Chinese manufacturing firms. The findings underscore that significantly enhances OGL by cultivating resource integration environmental adaptability, which are pivotal achieving SDOs. In the context of increasing carbon emissions and strengthening regulatory measures, an number stakeholders are paying more attention to corporate information. To further explore relationship between quality information disclosure enterprise value, this study uses a sample companies listed on Shanghai Shenzhen stock exchanges from 2013 2021. The aim is investigate link while also analyzing role green innovation in relationship. empirical results show that can significantly enhance with playing mediating effect. After robustness checks, including replacing measurement variables addressing endogeneity issues, conclusions remain valid. Further analysis reveals effect enhancing value pronounced non-high-pollution industries, non-state-owned enterprises, firms located eastern regions. This study seeks to explore the influence of perceived environmental corporate social responsibility on sustainable innovation within hotel industry, with particular emphasis mediating role green intrinsic motivation. A total 396 responses collected from full-time employees at five-star hotels in Egypt were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) WarpPLS statistical software version 7.0. The findings indicate that has a positive impact both and Furthermore, motivation not only positively influences but also serves as mediator relationship between innovation. Theoretically, this provides new insights into how emerging concepts such serve predictors enterprises.
