ABSTRACT Over the past two decades, eco‐innovation (EI) has emerged as a priority for both national and international public authorities due to its potential drive sustainable development enhance resilience in business regional contexts. Based on thorough review of existing literature, this study assesses impact various EI strategies—categorized by their level proactivity—on acquisition funds compares them with other key strategies such R&D cooperation internationalization, which influence technical, economic, market feasibility innovations.
