In the hybrid teaching context, impact of Internet addiction on academic burnout and its underlying mechanism is still unclear. This study aims to investigate effect burnout, chain mediating engagement self-efficacy in relationship between burnout. adopted a quantitative correlational research design. A stratified random sampling method was used sample 534 undergraduates (148 male 386 female) from three normal universities participated this study. Instruments were Chinese version Addiction Test, Utrecht Work Engagement Scale-Student, Academic Self-efficacy Scale, Learning Burnout Scale Undergraduates. Data collected through self-report questionnaires structural equation modeling test hypotheses using AMOS 24.0 software. The findings revealed that demonstrated statistically significant positive association with among undergraduate students. Analysis effects indicated served as mediator However, failed exhibit these variables. Further examination influences students both directly indirectly self-efficacy. Effective interventions could be implemented mitigate negative by enhancing self-efficacy, which may reduce students' vulnerability associated educational consequences such course withdrawal, decreased performance, or dropping out.

The main aim of this article is to evaluate how well sustainable HRM practices support organizational sustainability and staff resilience during crises. This paper examines responses COVID-19 geopolitical concerns have affected the Lithuanian logistics enterprises. study employed a qualitative research approach, conducting semi-structured interviews with twelve HR managers from prominent companies in Lithuania. participants selected guaranteed industry-relevant insights due their experience crisis management. Using Braun Clarke’s data were thematically analyzed find notable projects supporting workforce under conditions. findings identify three key methods required for resilience: strategic flexibility, employee well-being resource conservation, long-term resilience. show that organizations implemented flexible work rules, mental health programs, digital solutions had higher retention operational continuity. also incorporates resource-based view (RBV) conservation resources (COR) theories, underlining need human management techniques as both competitive economic psychological buffer employees situations. makes actionable recommendations help firms establish organized response frameworks, focus on management, interventions, proactive digitization tactics.
