Purpose With the emergence of digital era, role leaders in developing capabilities and driving their firms towards transformation has gained significant attention. Digital dynamic involve continuous engagement sensing, seizing, transforming activities needed to digitally transform firms. However, little attention is given toward leadership capabilities. This study examines the impact of digital competencies (DCs) and organizational culture (OC) on transformation (DT) in small medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) metropolitan Lima. Using a non-experimental cross-sectional design, 307 business owners were surveyed using previously validated questionnaire. Data analyzed through partial least squares structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS). The results show that DCs have direct significant DT, being main driver this process. The digital technology transition fosters the flexibility of companies and their ability to respond quickly market changes. However, Small Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs) seem be particularly challenged by transformation. Alkire-Foster (AF) method was employed analyze integration profiles in SMEs. Individual group average partial composite indicators were computed, as well measures integration, benchmark individual groups. In the context of global economic digital transformation and technological innovation, application AI Technology has a profound impact on corporate innovation development. Existing research primarily focused direct effect Corporate Innovation Performance, while there is limited exploration its interaction with organizational learning mechanisms. Based Dynamic Capabilities Theory, this study constructs framework “Technology—Individual Learning Capability—Team Capability—Innovation Performance”, analyzing how enhances capabilities to drive improvements in performance explores moderating role Organizational Capability. Through empirical analysis data from Specialized, Refined, Unique, Innovative Enterprises China, finds that significantly Capability playing critical role.
