Given the escalating concerns posed by climate change-related disasters, there is an urgent need for a more sustainable and resilient built environment. The developing digital revolution in recent years has potential to harness its superior features achieve building sector goals. This paper aims present futuristic perspective on three basic pillars of These comprise sustainability, resilience, utilization Artificial Intelligence (AI) monitoring managing structural health performance. evident context smart buildings their ability enhance energy consumption efficiency, improve quality life, strengthen terms reducing damage facilitating timely maintenance operations. Through comparing components virtual city designed from two types alkali-activated binder concrete (AABC) ordinary Portland cement (OPC) concrete, all AABC showed reduction amount emitted CO2. highest decrease was observed schools AABC, where about 25%, while lowest villas infrastructure; 11% 10% respectively, compared those OPC concrete. results also indicated that instead traditional varieties CO2 emissions up 25%. importance this work resides establishing basis forthcoming research combines intelligent, environmentally friendly, practices.

Abstract According to the United Nations, Sustainable Development Goals (SDG) goal 6 and 14 seeks ensure sustainable management of water present over earth for all.
