Mobile

media
has
become
indispensable

university
students'
communication
with
various
socio-demographic
populations,
exposing

networks
and

their

heterogeneity.
Although
the
psychological

of
heterogeneity
have
been
extensively
examined,
its
correlated
academic
outcomes
remain
inconclusive.

current
study
formulated
an
integrated
theoretical
research
model
based
on
stressor-stress-outcome
framework
investigate
influence
factors
associated
(specifically,
privacy
invasion,
comparison,
self-presentation,
excessive
WeChat
use)
exhaustion,
well-being,
well-being
among
students.

mediating

Objectives
The
aim
of
this
study
is
to
examine
how
e-learning
website

distinguish
in
cultural

propose
the
adaptation

Purpose
The
study
seeks
to
investigate
the
impact
of
intellectual
capital
(IC)
management
on
performance
and
agility
small-
medium-sized
enterprises
(SMEs)
in
Romania,
with
a
particular
focus
post-COVID-19
recovery
period.

examining
roles

capital,

SMEs
can

against
