aims

identify
an
evolutionary-chronological,

contextual
scientific
landscape
development
management
through
comprehensive
bibliometric
analysis.
Initially,
5619
publications
in
Scopus
database
were
selected
from
1957
2023.
The
evolution
knowledge
about
public
administration
personnel
began
reached
its
peak
2019.
Authors
USA,
Great
Britain,
Australia
published
more
significance
managing
personnel,
strong
schools
are
concentrated
France,
Canada,
Australia.
analysis
research’s
conceptual
orientation
shows
that
environmental
social
sciences
dominate
this
sphere.
In
addition,
results
show
will
bring
benefits
such
government
policy
decisions,
increased
innovation
activity,
commercialization,
improvement
population’s
life.

directivas.
Finalmente,
puede
concluir
innovación,
directivos,

ser
permanente

función
educativas
