This chapter examines how collective intelligence is transforming the mobility industry into era of “new mobility.” Collective intelligence—the collaborative problem-solving and knowledge-sharing groups—is reshaping traditional paradigms, business models, global value chains (GVCs). Furthermore, this explores new models emerging from digitalization intelligence, such as a service (MaaS) car-sharing platforms. The shift to that emphasizes alternative energy sources, sustainability, connectivity, user-centric services, driven by advancements in electric vehicles (EVs), connected autonomous (CAVs), digital platforms, big data, artificial intelligence. redefining relationships within chain, moving OEM-dominated hierarchies networks involving diverse stakeholders like tech companies public entities. necessitates shared knowledge, data exchange, cooperative innovation.

Introduction/Objective: the mobility sector underwent a rapid transformation driven by adoption of green vehicles, advanced connectivity systems, and innovative service models. Grounded in Dynamic Capabilities Theory, Triple Bottom Line, Sustainability-Oriented Innovation, this study examined how automobile manufacturers implemented new business models linked to autonomous, electric, connected, shared vehicles. It also evaluated impact digitalization sustainability on these transformations. Methodology: researchers conducted case four traditional companies within automotive sector. Results: findings showed that not only transformed but redefined While analyzed adopted proposed models, data management, acquisition, interconnectivity emerged as critical factors. Conclusions: suggested three dimensions Line were insufficient for analyzing sector, proposing Technology fourth pillar. Resumen: Introducción/objetivo: el de la movilidad está experimentando una transformación acelerada impulsada por adopción vehículos verdes, sistemas avanzados conectividad y modelos servicio innovadores. Este estudio, fundamentado en teoría las capacidades dinámicas, triple resultado innovación orientada sostenibilidad, analiza cómo los fabricantes automóviles están implementando nuevos negocio vinculados autónomos, eléctricos, conectados compartidos, evaluando además impacto digitalización sostenibilidad estas transformaciones. Metodología: se llevó cabo un estudio caso cuatro empresas tradicionales del automotriz. Resultados: hallazgos revelan que no solo ha transformado negocio, sino también redefinido Aunque analizadas han adoptado considerados, gestión, adquisición e interconexión datos destacan como factores clave. Conclusiones: resultados sugieren tres dimensiones son insuficientes para analizar empresarial, lo propone incluir tecnología cuarto eje.
