The demand for a multi-disciplinary workforce in long-term care is paramount, particularly the realm of life services. Art therapy has been recognized as being promising approach promoting learners' empathy and competences care. However, traditional art courses, most students who are not interested artworks or do have experience artwork creation could lack confidence their ability motivation to engage relevant activities, which hence affect learning performances. This study proposed Generative Artificial Intelligence (Generative AI)-based promote performance gerontological nursing training. A quasi-experimental design was adopted. participants were two classes from college. experimental group with 33 learned AI-based focused on healthcare whereas control 32 taught using instruction. Purpose The purpose of this study is to provide a holistic understanding the factors that either promote or hinder adoption artificial intelligence (AI) in supply chain management (SCM) and operations (OM). By segmenting AI lifecycle examining interactions between critical success failure factors, aims offer predictive insights can help proactively managing these ultimately reducing risk failure, facilitating smoother transition into AI-enabled SCM OM.
