The effectiveness of a company's supply chain is influenced by responsiveness, flexibility, quality, cost, and managerial support. However, businesses that run manually are unable to maintain an effective process due fraud, subpar longer lead times, lack response, monitoring problems, coordination among members. These difficulties can be solved using blockchain, which will improve consumer views. Bangladesh has huge market for fast-moving products, expanding quickly. With a global focus on environmental sustainability, hotels worldwide are actively transitioning their services from conventional to eco-friendly practices. This study aims comprehensively understand the factors that contribute visitors’ satisfaction in and how this influences customers’ future reactions towards such environmentally conscious establishments. Employing Stimulus-Organism-Response theory, collected data 277 respondents using robust quantitative research strategy. A combined approach of Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) Fuzzy-Set Qualitative Comparative Analysis (fsQCA) was employed, uncover deep insights into hotels. The PLS-SEM results reveal significant associations between hotel service quality, green practices, perceived value, sensitivity. Moreover, highlights positive correlation crucial outcomes like revisit intention (RVI), willingness pay premium (WTPP), word-of-mouth (WOMI). Complementing these findings, fsQCA analysis uncovers intricate causal relationships among antecedents influence customer By offering critical marketing insights, provides guidance for hotels, tourism industry, policymakers attracting customers meet increasing demands sustainability.

Purpose This research aims to explore the factors influencing adoption intention of eco-friendly smart home appliances among residents in densely populated urban areas a developing country.
