Abstract
Background
Interventions
targeting
social
media
use
show
mixed
results
in
improving
well‐being
outcomes,
particularly
for
persons
with
problematic
forms
of
smartphone
use.
This
study
assesses
the
effectiveness

intervention
app
enhancing
outcomes
and
moderating

perceptions
