Purpose Current developments in the FinTech payment industry have shown a rapid revolution Industry 4.0, and understanding factors affecting individual acceptance of facial recognition (FRP) is crucial. Hence, this study aims to evaluate benefits risks FRP system adoption Malaysia. Design/methodology/approach The perceived framework adopted as foundation examine various that users perceive, along with trust factor, relationships between these variables. Data were collected via an online questionnaire, hypotheses tested using Partial Least Squares analysis on 277 responses. E-government maturity models in the metaverse government: a conceptual framework and future research agenda

Factors affecting telemedicine services adoption in the healthcare sector

Purpose The main purpose of this study is to determine the factors affecting adoption telemedicine services as mobile health apps in Jordanian context by extending technology acceptance model (TAM). Design/methodology/approach A quantitative research approach with an online survey was used collect data from 306 respondents achieve purpose. partial least squares structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analyze collected data.
